That's cheating, you still have to pay for your phone calls with
BlueYonder. You should add on a few quid for an unmetered Internet
package, but it's still less than £40.

They charge you an arm and a leg just to keep your phone number when you
move. I only avoided that because I was having a second line installed
and the number put on that, but we had to pay something like £36 to
transfer the domestic number.

A guaranteed service level doesn't mean it won't break, it means you get
money back when it does break. BT's standard level of compensation is
one month's rental for every full day of non-service, a damn sight
better than any cable phone company offers. But if they stuff up your
ADSL, tough.
